Double-check the email and password — accounts are matched by the exact email you registered with. If you chose "keep me signed in" and your session expires, just sign in again; a fresh session is issued securely. After several wrong passwords, sign-in is briefly locked to protect your account — wait a few minutes and try again. Still stuck? Email us from the address on the account and we'll sort it out. We will never ask for your password.
Open the flow and generate a share code, then have your partner use Join Flow and enter the code. Once they accept, the flow appears in their dashboard and you'll see each other's edits and presence live. Only people with a code you generated can join — flows are never public. Free accounts can share up to three flows, two people each; Pro unlocks unlimited shared flows with up to four people per flow.
FlowMaster is offline-first: every edit is saved to your Mac instantly, then synced when a connection returns — so your work is safe either way. If a shared flow looks stale, check your connection, then close and reopen the flow; rejoining pulls the latest version. Conflicts resolve to the most recently modified copy.
AI features need an internet connection — suggestions, cross-ex questions, and fact-checks usually return in a few seconds, while a full round analysis can take a little longer. If a request hangs, check your connection and try again. Free accounts get a daily taste of FlowMaster AI; if you hit the daily limit the app will let you know, and Pro lifts it. Finished analyses are saved to your results history.
Solo flowing is free forever — unlimited flows, timers, and custom templates, with no trial timer and no credit card. Pro is $4.99/month or $39.99/year and unlocks the full AI, unlimited sharing, the Prep Library, Tabroom live tracking, and OpenCaselist; new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Team plans license a whole squad on one seat-based invoice — contact us with your program size. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
Pro subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple through the Mac App Store. To view, change, or cancel, open App Store → your name → Subscriptions (or System Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — if you're stuck, email us and we'll point you the right way.
When a coach sets up a Team plan, we issue one personal, one-time access key per seat. Each student redeems their own key in Settings → Plan & billing (or from the paywall) to unlock Pro — a key can't be reused once it's claimed. Coaches manage the roster and can copy, revoke, or mint new keys from Settings → Manage team. Interested in a team license? Email us.
It's removed from your account and our servers, and anyone you shared it with loses access. Deletion is permanent — there's no trash can to fish it back out of, so make sure you're done with it first.
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account to permanently remove your account and associated content. If you cannot access the app, email us from your account address with the subject "Data request" and we'll complete the request within 30 days. The full details are in the privacy policy.
FlowMaster is a native Mac app on the Mac App Store. It requires macOS 14.6 (Sonoma) or later and runs natively on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. AI, sharing, and sync need an internet connection; solo flowing works fully offline.
