Double-check the email and password — accounts are matched by the exact email you registered with. On the website sign-in page, choose Forgot password? to request an 8-character email code and set a new password. After several wrong passwords, sign-in is briefly locked to protect your account — wait a few minutes before trying again. Still stuck? Email us from the address on the account. We will never ask for your password or reset code.

The website Account dashboard includes your plan and renewal date, sharing limit, Stripe invoice receipts, invite code and rewards, gift-code redemption, password reset, verified email change, recent login activity, sign-out controls, email preferences, data export, and account deletion. AI allowance remains in the Mac app under Settings → Intelligence.

Yes. In ShareFlow, choose Offline to generate a one-time FLOW-OFFLINE-… code. The other Mac chooses My Flows → Join Flow → Offline, the host approves the nearby request, and both people confirm the same six-digit security code. Nearby prefers direct peer-to-peer Wi-Fi and falls back to Bluetooth; use Bluetooth Only when required. Connected users can edit and chat inside that Flow. Local Word DOCX files also support Nearby collaboration with a separate DOC-OFFLINE-… code and the same approval and security check.

Open the flow and generate a share code, then have your partner use Join Flow and enter the code. Once they accept, the flow appears in their dashboard and you'll see each other's edits and presence live. Only people with a code you generated can join — flows are never public. Free accounts can share up to three flows, two people each; Pro unlocks unlimited shared flows with up to three collaborators per flow (four people including you) and five unique collaborators across your flows.

FlowMaster is offline-first: every edit is saved to your Mac instantly, then synced when a connection returns — so your work is safe either way. If a shared flow looks stale, check your connection, then close and reopen the flow; rejoining pulls the latest version. Conflicts resolve to the most recently modified copy.

AI features need an internet connection — suggestions, cross-ex questions, and fact-checks usually return in a few seconds, while a full round analysis can take a little longer. Check today’s remaining allowance in the Mac app under Settings → Intelligence. Free includes 20,000 allowance tokens per UTC day; Pro increases that to 300,000. If a request hangs, check your connection, allowance, and the status page before retrying.

Through the official website and Stripe, Pro is $9.99/month or $79.99/year with automatic renewal; the account dashboard also offers non-renewing 30-day ($9.99) and 1-year ($79.99) passes. Eligible first subscriptions receive the seven-day trial shown at checkout. Every Pro subscription or pass unlocks the same full AI, sharing, Prep Library, Tabroom, and OpenCaselist features. Sign in to your Account dashboard and choose Manage web billing to open Stripe's secure customer portal. One-time passes do not renew and have nothing to cancel. Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the paid period ends. For a Stripe refund or a missing purchase, email support from the FlowMaster account address; Support AI cannot issue or promise a refund.

When a coach sets up a Team plan, each seat uses a personal, one-time TEAM-… access key. New users open the FlowMaster sign-in screen and choose Sign up here for Teams or School, then enter their email, new password, and key before verifying the emailed code. Existing FlowMaster users sign in normally and redeem the key under Settings → Account → Plan & billing. Do not use My Flows → Join Flow: that accepts only a FLOW-… shared-flow code, not a Team key. It's removed from your account and our servers, and anyone you shared it with loses access. Deletion is permanent — there's no trash can to fish it back out of, so make sure you're done with it first.

Open Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or sign in to the website Account dashboard → Personal Information, open Device Management, and use Delete account. You can download a JSON copy first with Export my data. Type DELETE and confirm to permanently remove the account and associated cloud content. This does not cancel a recurring Stripe subscription; manage that separately through the Stripe customer portal. The full details are in the privacy policy.

FlowMaster is a native Mac app available as a direct download from flowmasterdebate.com. It requires macOS 14.6 (Sonoma) or later and runs natively on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. AI, sharing, and sync need an internet connection; solo flowing works fully offline.
